We are currently in the final phases of developing for sale two green-field projects in Eastern Europe.

We are in the late stage of development of a 4 phase 10mw total photovoltaic project in southern Bulgaria for which we are currently obtaining final permits. A buyer of this solar park can anticipate beginning operations by the summer of 2012.

We also have a multi-phase, 150mw wind park under development in northeast Romania. We expect the closing on the first 75+mw of capacity in late 2011.
